Job Description

We’re seeking someone to join the product and development team to provide technical support to our internal teams (sales, customer support, product and development) and customers. You will be joining a fantastic, highly-skilled team of people in Havelock North, in sunny Hawke's Bay. The role will suit someone that is flexible, is keen to work in the technology sector and is happy to help others. It is a good entry-level role that will allow the right person the chance to develop skills and carve a career in tech and within AskYourTeam as the company continues to grow. Some technical skills will be needed and a good understanding of software and software support. As a team, we seek to continuously improve and would expect that you are open to learning and developing your career with AskYourTeam too.

Requirements

  • Support customer success team queries and task requests
  • Support customers with non-standard service solutions
  • Support sales team with sales set-up requests
  • Update surveys and question sets
  • Validate bugs and undertake software testing when needed
  • Support the development team where necessary

Responsibilities

  • Some technical knowledge is required - an understanding of SQL, command line tools, software fundamentals would be very helpful
  • Experience of working on helpdesks and / or customer support roles would be helpful
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Must be a team player
